		<title>Anti-dumping levy on Chinese fasteners</title>
		<description><![CDATA[The Chinese are refusing to accept the swingeing import taxes that have been levied on their product since February 2009.  The Chinese launched a trade dispute with the World Trade Organisation against the EU at the end of July complaining that the duties imposed on Chinese screws and bolts are discriminatory and protectionist.
