Blind Rivets

Blind Rivets are used in industries where assembly access on one side is difficult, and have many types and applications – for example they are widely used in sheet metal.

They are generally supplied in either Steel Zinc Plated or Aluminium, and sizes range from 3.2 to 6.4

The Blind Rivet consists of two parts – the rivet body and setting mandrel within the body. The tool pulls the mandrel into the body of the rivet, which expands to form a head, securing the joint. The mandrel breaks & can be recycled

Rivet Bushes & Rivet Bush Stand-offs

Rivet Bushes are used as anchor points on sheet metal, allowing an externally threaded fastener to be inserted into the threaded bush.

They are secured by riveting the collar over to grip the hole in the sheet metal.
