A recent enquiry through our website came with a challenging requirement – a batch of large M45 x 1.5 x 350 (Extra Fine) socket screws needed to be manufactured and delivered within just two weeks.

Fortunately, we had 45 x 600 Grade 12.9 socket screw blanks in stock, allowing us to get started immediately. We sourced the required thread gauge within 72 hours, then completed the thread cutting in just over a week.

The finished screws were delivered to the customer within the requested two-week window, meeting both the specification and the deadline.
